The Chair of Welding Industrial Systems welcomes students from all over the world and offers training courses in two specializations

Quality, Standardization
and Certification


We offer courses for three levels of higher education, including under- and postgraduate ones:

the first level (undergraduate) leading to the Bachelor's degree:

  • Automated Technological Systems in Welding - full-time and partial-time, free of charge study available for limited number of applicants

the second level (post-graduate) leading to the Master's degree :

  • Automated Technological Systems in Welding - full-time and partial-time, free of charge study available for limited number of applicants
  • Quality, Standardization and Certification - full-time study, contract-based only

the third level (post-graduate) leading to the Philosophy Doctor degree - full-time and partial-time, free of charge study available for limited number of applicants.

Students and graduates participate in credit mobility programmes, double diploma programmes which are performed in leading foreign universities, are qualified according to the International Institute of Welding requirements for different IIW levels of personnel with responsibility in welding.
