PhD studies

A research degree involves sustained, in-depth study of a specific area, which is then written up as a thesis for presentation. Currently the Welding Faculty of NTUU "KPI" offers two fields of study for post-graduate research:

Welding and Related Processes and Technologies

Degree awarded: PhD
Duration: 3 years (full time)
Teaching languages available: Ukrainian, Russian
Entry requirements: For PhD program applicants normally Ukrainian Specialist qualification/ MSc degree or overseas equivalent in welding, mechanical engineering or metallurgy. For an assessment of individual entry qualifications (including DSc program applicants), candidates should contact the Office of International Affairs of the Welding Faculty directly.
